Shipping, exchanges and returns

At Trilha Verão, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is flawless. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return a product, we are here to help. Please read carefully our shipping, exchange and return policy below.

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Shipments are handled by CTT. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Please note that the carrier makes only one delivery attempt. If you are not present at the location, the parcel must be collected at the nearest CTT branch.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days from the receipt of the product to exchange or return the order.
Returns must be communicated in advance via email to trilhaverao.pt@gmail.com, indicating the order or invoice number.
Return costs are to be borne by the customer, except for the first exchange or return request in Spain and Portugal, which will be free of charge. From the second exchange onwards, or for international orders, the costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds for returned items will be issued via the original payment method, provided the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the item is not returned in the same condition as received—showing signs of damage, stains, damaged packaging, or any other circumstance leading to its depreciation—we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
If you wish to exchange a Trilha Verão product purchased at a multi-brand store or through a reseller, the exchange/return must be handled directly at the place of purchase.

ADDITIONAL COSTS AND CUSTOMS ISSUES
For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, the displayed price does not include potential customs fees, import duties, local taxes, or any other charges applicable in the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. TRILHA VERÃO PORTUGAL has no control over these fees, their value, or their collection by the competent authorities of the destination country.
